We review product geometry, material and production requirements before manufacturing. Our aluminium casting tooling covers mould casting, low-pressure casting and high-pressure casting. A quotation requires information about the part and intended process.
If a tool design already exists, we review the available documentation. When starting from a product model, we also agree the scope of tool design.
Tool design defines component geometry and how the parts fit together. We prepare or review models, drawings, materials and tolerances for manufacturing, paying particular attention to dimensions and surfaces that affect tool function.
Toolmaking can be combined with CNC machining and quality control. The required operations are agreed against the design and product requirements.

For an individual tooling component, send its drawing, material grade, quantity and preferred date. Dimensions, tolerances and surface requirements are confirmed before manufacturing.
